Suzanne Frischkorn lives in Connecticut with her husband and son.
Author of two chapbooks The Tactile Sense, (1996) and Exhale,
(2000); her first full-length book New Jersey Made Me Reckless,
will be released in 2002.
Her poetry has appeared in numerous journals and anthologies.
Recent publications include Mangrove, ForPoetry, Pif Magazine,
Paterson Literary Review, Wisconsin Review, Pedestal Magazine,
Literary Salt, Poet's Canvas, Peshekee River, Artemis and the
anthology Uno.
She's won several poetry competitions and an Honorable
Mention in the 2001 Allen Ginsberg Poetry Awards.
Her poems are forthcoming in Snow Monkey and onesixty.
Frischkorn has been featured in a variety of venues throughout
the tri-state area, including WPKN's radio broadcast, The Cornelia
Street Cafe, Albert Shahinian Fine Art, Acoustic Cafe, and the
Estrogenius Festival 2001.
She is also associate editor of Samsara Quarterly.
